The world's finest quality picked from the finest flowers, its one of the oldest most expensive spices in the world found only in kashmir. It grows at 1530 feet above the sea level. Kashmiri Mongra is known as the signature quality for its purity & contain more than 150 volatile and aroma yielding compounds. It is the world's darkest in colour, which has strong flavour, aroma and receives colouring strengths in excess of 250, making it over three times more powerful than other varieties.

Pushal Saffron

It is the first crop at the beginning of harvest. Pushal is       enriched with 80% power of colour and aroma that saffron contains. The yellow parts with the threads contain a little  floral substance. Pushal contains 10-15% of stigma & 5%  of flower substance.
